Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas
 

We deliver across Melbourne metropolitan areas and selected regional locations in Victoria. For interstate deliveries, please contact us to confirm availability and costs.
 

Delivery Times
 

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier schedules, and transport conditions.

  • Standard deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday during business hours.

  • We will contact you to confirm delivery details. Special requests (weekend or after-hours deliveries) may attract additional charges.
     

Delivery Costs
 

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and location.

  • Large or bulky items (tiles, vanities, bathtubs, flooring, etc.) may require special handling and attract additional charges.

  • Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout or quotation stage.
     

Delivery Process & Responsibility
 

  • Deliveries are to ground floor or kerbside only, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customers must ensure safe site access and provide adequate assistance or equipment for unloading heavy goods.

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the site or nominated address.

  • Title (ownership) remains with 10x Building Supplies until full payment is received.
     

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
 

  • If no one is available to accept delivery at the agreed time, additional redelivery charges may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
     

Click & Collect / Warehouse Pickup
 

  • Customers may choose to collect goods directly from our showroom/warehouse.

  • Pickup times must be booked in advance.

  • Customers must bring proof of purchase and provide suitable transport for bulky items.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
 

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

  • Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
     

Delays Beyond Our Control
 

We are not liable for delivery delays due to events outside our reasonable control (supplier shortages, weather, strikes, transport issues, etc.). We will communicate promptly if delays occur.
