Refund Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
 

If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
 

Change of Mind Returns
 

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless agreed at our discretion.

  • If accepted, goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition, with packaging intact.

  • A restocking fee may apply (typically 15–30% of the product value).

  • Freight, delivery, and handling costs are non-refundable.
     

Non-Returnable Items
 

For safety, hygiene, or commercial reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
 

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Clearance or discontinued products.

  • Cut-to-size or modified goods.

  • Installed, used, or damaged products not due to our fault.
     

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
 

  • You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any faults, damages, or discrepancies within 7 days.

  • We may require photographs and/or return of the goods for assessment.

  • If confirmed faulty or supplied in error, we will provide a repair, replacement, credit, or refund in line with the ACL.
     

Return Process
 

To request a return or refund:

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.

  3. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning goods.

  4. Approved returns must be delivered to our warehouse/showroom at your cost (unless goods are faulty or supplied in error).
     

Refunds
 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving returned goods.

  • Refunds will not include delivery or freight costs unless goods are faulty or supplied in error.
