Pricing & Payment

  • Payments must be made in full before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For trade accounts, separate credit terms may apply.

Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier availability, transport delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your site or nominated address. Title (ownership) remains with us until payment is received in full.

  • You must inspect goods immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

Returns & Refunds

​

  • Returns will only be accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, subject to restocking fees and return in original condition.

  • Custom-made, special-order, clearance, and cut-to-size items are non-returnable.

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10x Building Supplies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our Website, products, or services.
